Project Background:
The Wudao Silicon Tourist Scenic Area is located in Nanyang City, Henan Province, with an developed sightseeing area of approximately 5 square kilometers. It attracts a large number of tourists with its unique natural landscapes and rich cultural resources. Inside the scenic area, there is a tourist service center, a cultural performance square, and more than 40 scenic spots with different characteristics. In order to enhance the tourist experience and ensure the orderly development of scenic area management and service work, it is crucial to create an efficient, stable audio system that conforms to the characteristics of the scenic area.

Analysis of Regional Requirements in the Scenic Area:
Tourist Service Center: As the gateway of the scenic area, its main functions include providing tourists with services such as consultation, ticket purchase, and rest. It is necessary to play clear broadcast notifications through the audio system, such as the opening hours of the scenic area, safety reminders, activity announcements, etc. At the same time, play soothing background music to create a comfortable environmental atmosphere and relieve the anxiety of tourists while they are waiting.

Cultural Performance Square: Regularly hold cultural activities such as folk performances and concerts. There are extremely high requirements for the sound quality, power, and sound coverage range of the audio system. It is necessary to ensure that the audience can clearly hear the performance sound regardless of their position in the square, and at the same time, ensure the high fidelity of the sound to restore the wonderful details of the performance.

Main Sightseeing Routes in the Scenic Area: Cover the main roads and branch roads in the scenic area. During the tour, the audio system should be able to play voice guide contents such as introductions of scenic spots and explanations of historical culture in real time to help tourists better understand the scenic area. In addition, in case of an emergency, it is necessary to promptly release notification information such as evacuation and rescue.

Viewing Areas of Characteristic Scenic Spots in the Scenic Area: Different characteristic scenic spots should play music or sound effects that match their own styles to enhance the immersive experience of tourists. For example, play natural sound effects for tranquil scenic spots and play relevant historical and cultural explanations for cultural scenic spots.

Configuration Plan for the Sound Reinforcement System:
Tourist Service Center: 8 speaker devices, 1 power amplifier device, 1 audio processor, 1 intelligent control device.

Cultural Performance Square: 2 sets of main sound reinforcement systems (12 speakers in each set), 16 subwoofers, 8 monitor speakers, 2 audio processors, 4 sets of wireless diversity microphones.

Main Sightseeing Routes in the Scenic Area: 20 outdoor waterproof speaker devices, 2 power amplifier devices, 1 voice guidance system, 1 emergency broadcast device.

Viewing Areas of Characteristic Scenic Spots in the Scenic Area: A total of 40 outdoor waterproof speaker devices, 40 power amplifiers, 10 audio processors, 4 music players, 4 sets of wireless microphone devices.

After approximately two months of communication, we finally finalized this plan and signed the contract.
