Renovation of the Multifunctional Hall of Mousse Group

Project Overview:
This multi-functional hall is located in the DeRUCCI Group in Dongguan. Due to the fact that the audio equipment in the conference hall of this functional hall is old and worn out, it fails to meet the current work requirements, so a plan for equipment upgrade and improvement is carried out.

Analysis of the Venue:
The multi-functional hall covers an area of approximately 1800 square meters. With a large space in the hall, sound waves require a longer distance for reflection during the propagation process, resulting in a relatively long reverberation time. The shape of the hall is usually quite open. Previously, when the host or guests were giving speeches, the clarity of the sound reinforcement was insufficient. The speech clarity from the front of the audience area to the rostrum (3 to 4 meters away) is inadequate, and there is excessive reverberation in the rear of the audience area, which is 5 to 6 meters away from the wall, leading to insufficient speech clarity. In terms of audio equipment, the placement and angle of the speakers can be adjusted to reduce reverberation. Additionally, the latest acoustic treatment software can be used to optimize the acoustic environment.

Sound Reinforcement System Renovation Plan:
1.Adjust the parameters of equipment such as the mixing console, and organize the wiring and placement of each speaker.
2.Replace the stage monitors, and use long-distance audio projection sound columns to improve the problem of insufficient clarity of the monitors for the host and guests.
3.It is recommended to add stage floor monitors and lip audience speakers to solve the problem of speech clarity for the front-row audience.
4.Replace the auxiliary speakers on the rear wall, and use long-distance audio projection sound columns to solve the problem of speech clarity for the rear-row audience.

Quantity: 22 linear sound columns for the main sound reinforcement system, 11 professional two-channel pure power amplifiers, 3 digital audio processors, 1 32U power amplifier switch monitoring cabinet, 1 power sequencer, 100 meters of audio signal cables, and 500 meters of speaker cables.
