Project Background:
This hotel is located in Panyu, Guangzhou, with a total of three floors. The banquet hall on the first floor has an area of approximately more than 450 square meters. As an important venue for various activities such as wedding celebrations, business meetings, corporate annual meetings, and product launches, the banquet hall has high requirements for the sound quality, functions, stability, and flexibility of the sound system. A high-quality sound system can not only enhance the quality of the activities but also provide guests with a good audio-visual experience and increase the competitiveness of the hotel. Therefore, in light of the characteristics and usage requirements of the hotel banquet hall, it is very necessary to design a professional and efficient sound system solution.

Demand Analysis:
Wedding Celebrations: There is a need to create a romantic and warm atmosphere. The sound system should be able to clearly play the wedding march, the vows of the newlyweds, the background music, etc. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that all the guests at the scene can clearly hear the words of the host, and the sound should be soft and appealing.
Business Meetings: The key is to ensure the clear and accurate transmission of sound. It is necessary to ensure that the speeches of the speakers, the audio of PPT explanations, and the sound of video conferences can be clearly conveyed to every participant, avoiding problems such as sound distortion and echoes.
Corporate Annual Meetings: Taking into account the program performances and interactive sessions, the sound system should be able to meet the sound effect requirements of programs such as song and dance performances, skits, and cross-talk. At the same time, it should ensure that the sounds of game interactions and lottery drawing sessions are clear and loud, creating a warm and cheerful atmosphere.

Main Sound Reinforcement System: Select 8 speakers, and match 10 power amplifiers. Auxiliary Sound System: 8 fill speakers and 2 subwoofers.
Audio Processing Equipment: 1 mixing console and 1 audio processor.
Microphone Equipment: 1 set of true diversity microphones and 1 set of antenna amplifiers.
Other Equipment: 1 feedback suppressor, 1 intelligent power manager, 2 T-shaped stands, and 2 customized cabinets.

After about one month of communication, we finally finalized this solution and signed the contract.
